Surveys

A survey asks your audience a question during a presentation. They answer on their phone, and the results show live on a slide.

1. Open your presentation in the Board view.
2. Right-click the slide after which the survey should come.
3. Pick Add survey.
4. Choose a kind:
   • Rating: a score from 1 to 5.
   • Word cloud: people type words, and words many people type grow bigger.
   • Choice: people pick one of 2 to 8 options.
5. Type the Question.
6. Leave Live results slide on if you want to show the answers.
7. Click Add.

Grafaris puts two slides after the one you clicked: a slide with a QR code, and a slide with the live results.

How your audience answers

1. They scan the QR code with their phone camera.
2. They answer and tap Send. Each phone answers once. Tapping Change lets them change the answer.
3. The results slide fills in while they answer.
