Approvals
Approving a design tells your AI: build this one. Your AI builds only approved designs. A design nobody approved stays a design, however good it looks, and never reaches your app.
- Find a card that shows a design.
- Click Approve under it. The button now says Approved.
- Changed your mind? Click it again to take the approval back.
A card with versions (A, B) approves the version on show. Make a version the winner, or approve the card while that version shows. Each variation, such as dark mode, is approved on its own.
The approval counts for the screen size and the language you are looking at. You pick the screen size at the top of the board. To approve for other sizes or languages, click the small arrow next to the button. Choose under Screen sizes and Languages.
Approve many at once
Click Approve all designs on the board, then Approve all.
Freeze
The small arrow next to Approve also has Freeze. Use it when you want to keep commenting but build this exact version. New comments make a newer version, and the frozen one stays as it is.
Signs on a card
- Changed since approval: the design changed after you approved it. Look at it again.
- Approve deletion: your AI suggests removing this screen. If you approve, the next build removes it.
Your AI never approves or deletes anything by itself.
