Corporate identity

Open in Grafaris

Your corporate identity is the look of your brand: logos, colours, fonts, icons and parts such as buttons. Every design on your board follows it.

  1. Click Overview under Corporate design in the left bar.
  2. You see every part: logos, colours, fonts, icons, buttons, input fields and other elements.
  3. To change something, click Comment (C), click on the part and say what should change.
  4. Tell your AI to do your comments. Your AI puts changes to colours and elements in a draft, so nothing changes until you make it active.

Versions

One version is active. A change to the active version restyles every design right away.

To try a change first, make a draft:

  1. Click New draft.
  2. Change the draft, or let your AI change it. A draft restyles nothing yet.
  3. Click Compare versions to see the draft next to the active one.
  4. Click Make active when it is ready. Grafaris keeps the old version. Compare versions shows the older ones.

Your AI never makes a draft active unless you ask it to.

Logo studio

Click Logo studio under Corporate design in the left bar. Your AI draws logo concepts and every variant you need, such as a centred, an inline and a one-colour version.

Make me a logo for My Project: a calm, modern wordmark with a small leaf mark.
  • Each concept is one row. Comment on one to change it.
  • See it in use shows the logo on mockups, such as a business card.
  • Set active makes a logo the one every design uses.
  • Download as... gives you SVG, PDF, PNG and more, including a favicon package.

Colour studio

Click Colour studio under Corporate design in the left bar. It shows every colour and where it is used. A grid shows how readable each pair of colours is.

Brand book

Your AI turns the active corporate identity into an A4 PDF.

  1. Find Brand book PDF on the Overview page.
  2. Click Queue for AI. Then send this to your AI:
Make a brand book for My Project.
  1. Click Download when it is ready.

This needs an AI that can run programs on your computer, such as Claude Code.

Brand studio and brand research

Click Brand studio under Corporate design in the left bar. It has two maps. Brand identity is what your brand should stand for. Brand image is how people really see it. Grafaris shows how well the two match.

Your AI can fill the brand image for you. It asks which sources to use, such as reviews or social media, and helps you get access to each one:

Research my brand for My Project.
