Moving around the board
The board is bigger than your window. You drag it to move, and you zoom to see more or less.
- Drag anywhere on the board to move it.
- Scroll with the mouse wheel or trackpad to move up and down. Hold Shift while you scroll to move sideways.
- To zoom, hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) and scroll, or pinch on the trackpad. The zoom follows your pointer.
- Lost? Press 0, or click Fit the journey at the bottom left. Every screen comes back into view.
Over a long screen, the wheel first scrolls that screen.
The bar at the bottom left
- Previous and Next User Journey jump to the journey before or after this one.
- The journey name in the middle opens a list of every journey.
- − and + zoom out and in. The number between them shows the zoom.
- CD variation shows every screen in a variation of your corporate design (CD), such as dark mode.
Arrangement at the bottom right changes how the cards are laid out.
Keys

Right-click anywhere on the board for a menu with the same actions. It also has Zoom to 100% here.
In the large view of one screen, hold Alt and press the left or right arrow to go to the previous or next screen.
